Hello and welcome! I'm Zach, the Canadian heart behind Surge Outsourcing. Living in the Philippines with my family, I've woven together the best of both worlds - the vibrant culture and talent of the Philippines with the values and perspectives I bring from Canada.

My journey into the world of outsourcing was sparked by a vision to bridge the gap between global businesses and the rich pool of talent here in the Philippines. Having personally navigated the nuances of both Western and Eastern business cultures, I bring a unique blend of insights and empathy to my work.

Interviewing, training, and placing countless remote employees over the years has been more than a profession—it's been my passion. Each individual I've met and each story I've heard has deepened my understanding of what businesses truly need in a team member, not just an employee.
